Telescope Drive System
Pictured is a 2.5 meter telescope located at the Apache Point
Observatory in New Mexico. The telescope is used for the Sloan Digital
Sky Survey, an ambitious project that will map one-quarter of
the entire sky in detail, determining the positions and absolute
brightnesses of
more than 100 million celestial objects. Working for the University of
Washington, Integrated Design Services provided drafting support for
